Moved by the hardships and challenges faced by women in the male-dominated real estate sector, Precious Michael felt a deep call to action. She witnessed firsthand the barriers that limited women’s access to opportunities, leadership roles, and equitable treatment in real estate. Determined to break these barriers, she founded Females in Real Estate (FIRE), a transformative community aimed at empowering women across Africa to thrive in real estate practice.

FIRE is more than just a network; it is a movement designed to inspire, equip, and uplift women in the industry. With a mission to provide mentorship, resources, and a support system, FIRE enables women to rise above challenges, compete on an equal footing, and ultimately redefine their roles in real estate.
